Out first extra curricular outing happened last night. We went about two yards down the road to meet Ray and company in Smock Alley at 'Dublin Service Design Thinks' where the bright folk at Design Twenty First Century were talking about their inspiring work.
We like the cut of their jib 'Design thinking has a set of tools that can be taught and offers new and fast ways to solve social problems, deliver effective public services and develop new products and services for business'.
